Publication : The University of Bourgogne signs a PPP

The University of Bourgogne signs a PPP for the realisation of the four operations planned in the campus operation: :

Alain Bonnin, president of the University of Burgundy, signed a partnership contract on Thursday 18 July 2013 with André Touzet, president of the Prisma 21 project company, which is responsible for the project management within the framework of a PPP (public-private partnership). This consortium, led by Pertuy Construction (a subsidiary of the Bouygues Construction group), is also made up of the Michel REMON architectural studio, the Igrec ingénierie engineering office, Bouygues énergies services (for maintenance) and Logifac (the hotel operator), for the implementation of four of the operations scheduled as part of the campus operation:

- the thermal renovation of the Mirande building
- the International House of Researchers, 1,881 m² (floor area)
- a multiplex space, 727 m² (floor area)
- the Marey Institute, the House of Metallurgy, 3,773 m² (floor area)
The value of the work for this PPP is 15 million euros.
