Participation of Alexis PEYER in the Seoul Biennale
Alexis PEYER, partner of Michel Rémon & Associés, is participating in the Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism (SBAU 2021)!
This international event focuses on the evolution of cities and metropolises worldwide.
Claiming a strong link between architecture and urbanism, the Biennale offers the public a platform for exchange, discovery and promotion of projects and research that question the city of today and tomorrow.
A third edition under the direction of Dominique Perrault
In February 2020, Dominique Perrault was appointed General Director of the 3rd Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism. In the image of his projects and research expressing a strong link between architecture, landscape and urbanism, Dominique Perrault wishes to mark a further step towards the affirmation of the place of cities as privileged spaces for the development of a more sustainable world.
This edition, entitled "CROSSROADS Building the Resilient City", will take an optimistic look at the complex relationships that shape our cities. It will explore the themes and research that inform the practices and visions of the city, forming through its contributions a manifesto for a more sustainable city.
